Dr. Tracey Childers: Medical Director, Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgery
Dr. Tracey Childers, orginally from the Dallas, Texas area, says she is just a “small-town girl.” This once “small-town girl” is now a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and co-owns a renowned medical day spa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tracey attended Dallas Baptist University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with B.S. in biology in 1989. She then went on to the University of North Texas, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, for her D.O. degree. She completed her residency at Oklahoma State University in Otolarynology, and Facial Plastic Surgery. She then received her Board Certification in 1999. During her residency Tracey became engaged to the love of her life. The DAY before the wedding, she received her very first micro-peel. She was amazed with how soft her face felt and the overall glow. The newly glowing bride-to-be the knew this was the type of practice she wanted and wanted others to be able to experience the same feeling. Tracey is not only dedicated to her work, but also life. She competed in the Miss Texas Scholarship Pageant to earn scholarship money and was a semi-finalist two years in a row. She is a dedicated wife and mother, loves to sing, volunteer, take Tae Kwon Do with her daughters, and is interested in photography. Tracey recently ran her first 26.2 mile marathon to celebrate her 40th birthday. The best beauty tip Tracey has ever been given is to wash your face every morning and night and use your sunscreen daily, even if it is a cloudy day. Tracey has recently tried Emerge’s body wrap treatments and looks forward to another as soon as she has some free time!
